D&AD 2014: Pantone - Recolour your hometown

Branding, Prints

Client: Pantone / D&AD
Status: A conceptual proposal submitted by Lasalle to D&AD 2014

What the project is about

We were asked to brand and re-imagine our hometown through the language of colour. In Singapore, food is the marriage between the different cultures. While there may seem to be a bipolar difference between each culture, the local delicacies is a harmonious blend of flavours. If the staple food acts as the canvas, the condiments are the colour palette.

To tackle this brief, we developed a visual guide to introduce Singapore’s culture through the vibrant colours of the local food. The local drinks are displayed in local packaging and introduced in vernacular to educate people about Singapore's unique culture.
